Give and it will be given to you. A good measure pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. for with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. (Luke 6:38)
Blessed is he who has regard for the weak; the Lord delivers him in times of trouble.
The Lord will protect him and preserve his life; he will bless him in the land and not surrender him to the desire of his foes. (Psalm 41:1, 2)
These times are rough for most . . . lets give what we can. . .for we reap what we sow. . . whether it be our time . . .food. . money. . .clothes. . .or a smile. . .lets lend a hand to a neighbor, reach out and help someone. . .Show the love of Jesus to someone today, and tomorrow, and the next day.
Yes we can do this. . . .Lets follow the King. . . .He will Bless the work of our hands and our hearts. He is our Refuge!! He is our Lord Most High God! He is on the Throne!! Praise God:)

Good post Deb, and I like the new look!
ReplyDeleteI like the new look, and the message is even better!!!
ReplyDeleteMy parents were givers and they passed that on to us. I love to give as does my daughter. I like the thought of being used by God to touch someone's heart for Him and I guess that's why I like giving so much. Focus in on the "used by God". Isn't that amazing?!
ReplyDeletei believe giving is contagious. and there's no better time for us, as Christians, to show our giving spirit.
ReplyDeletelove the new look, too.
AMEN AND AMEN AND DID YOU HEAR ME SAY AMEN!!!!!! It is the Love of God that dwells in our hearts that whispers GIVE and it shall be given!
ReplyDeleteLove ya Girl !
EXCELLENT post Deb. Just excellent.
ReplyDelete"If I have and you need it it's yours." That's my motto. This doesn't always sit very well with some but they come around to my way of thinking after a while :) Kae
ReplyDeleteLove your new look.
