Our Redemption Riders have our home fellowship meetings during the fall and winter months at one of our members home on a Saturday night once a month. what a great time we have with food and time in the Word of God. Then we have time for discussion and also prayer. I love our time together, we grow in friendships and we grow spiritually, and that's what its all about yes?

If we are to go out and spread the Gospel then we better build our Spirit man up first!! Ahh, this brings me to my story, well part of a devotion I read about "Defeating Doubt" There was a man who was sick and confessing the Word over his body, quoting healing scriptures, and believing for his healing to manifest. While doing so he was attacked with thoughts of doubt. Well God opened his eyes to the Spirit world and this is what he saw. . . a demon speaking lies to him, telling him that he was not going to get healed and that confessing the Word was not working! But he also saw that each time he confessed the Word, light would come out of his mouth like a sword, and the demon would cower and fall backward.

I love that because it is so true, there is always something going on in the Spiritual realm! We have demons telling us lies and trying to pull us away and put up strong holds in our lives. Yes there is a battle going on, so we need to know the Word and be prepared! Thank you Lord that we have the Victory through Jesus!! But people we need to study His Word and spend time with Him so we can build up our Spirit and fight the good fight yes? Lets try to see with our Spiritual eyes, not just our natural eyes, And take the helmet of salvation and the sword that the Spirit wields, which is the Word of God. Ephesians 6:17 So go. . Speak His Word!!
